Apple-Rosemary pie with feta

a delicious dessert, inspired on Pear-Rosemary Pie by Yvette van Boven, “Home Baked”

I will not yet tell you the recipe and my adjustments (because I did not have pears or blue stilton or honey…), you just have to buy the book and you don’t even have to learn dutch…

I will tell you one thing already: the crust is made of grinded almonds, yummie.
